Members: 2021 AEHA Self-Evaluation Form now due

AEHA members are asked to complete AEHA's Self-Evaluation Form on an annual basis. The Form is a great way to track an organisation's ethical progress over the past 12 months.

The 2021 submission is now due and AEHA asks that the Form is submitted by 28 February 2022.

Guide to completing the Self Evaluation Form

AEHA member organisations are not required to be compliant with all activities listed, but may wish to indicate an intent to implement the suggested activities. Different activities may be more or less useful to your organisation, depending upon your membership, structure and remit.

Member organisations may wish to tailor some or all of the implementation activities to their own needs. Member organisations are encouraged to implement as many of the activities as possible, and to generate their own implementation activities, which can be shared with other member organisations.

In addition to these annual self-evaluations, AEHA member organisations are encouraged to outline their progress or describe their implementation plans at regular checkpoints throughout a year.

New AEHA members

Please note that those members that have recently completed a membership application that included the Form, are not required to complete a further form and will shortly be issued a 2021 AEHA completion certificate.

Submissions

Submit your completed Implementation Guide and Self Evaluation Form to AEHA Project Officer via members@ethicalhealth.org.au by 28 February 2022.
